As a white, privileged woman who badly wants to help create actual change (not simply to create more do-nothing studies and task forces to retain the status quo) to TRULY stop and fix the institutionalized, deeply ingrained, totally accepted and actively maintained racism in the country, what can we do? I’m asking for concrete ways to help and transform the system to an equitable one. Thank you.

Hi all. I'd be interested in hearing your views regarding how institutional racism has affected the distribution of the Covid vaccine in Louisiana, and in addition, what can be done to get the vaccine to people of color in larger numbers and have the vaccine more widely accepted in the community.
